State Conference

Adhivakta Parishad conducted it’s State Conference on ‘Judicial Trends on Social Value’ on 12th September ,09 , which was attended by about 90 delegates. Sri M.N. Krishnamani Sr Advocate, inaugurated the conference and viewed that latest Judicial Trends ( referring to judgments of section 377 IPC etc) are against the Social Value and the main reason is wrong appointment of judges in Supreme court or in High court. He insisted to have proper selection process for appointment of Judges. Continuing the debate , Sri Prem Kumar Retd ADJ states that all judges should conceder that what will be the effect of their decision on the society. The delegates actively participated in the fruitful discussion. The conference concluded by votes of thanks given by Sri Chunnilal Arora , President , Adhivakta Parishad, Delhi.
